The food for breakfast was such a variety and very good. The "self-driving tour was very well planned out for us. The routes which were planned for us were very scenic and gave us a beautiful picture of Norway.
We appreciated the added information in our booklet, ferry schedule, and individual maps of larger cities. Breakfasts at all hotels excellent. Very good variety and quantity at suitable times. Rooms were very clean and of a good size.
Customer service was great. We loved the train travel. Scenery magnificent - waterfalls, mountains, snow, fjords, valleys, Flam railway. Comfort class worth the extra cost. A once in a lifetime trip for us. We will treasure our memories (and photos). Thanks for helping us to achieve a wonderful holiday.
I cannot rate this tour highly enough.
Nordic Visitor was recommended to me by my travel agent (a personal friend) who had received very good reports from another client. I will most certainly advise her that it more than lived up to my expectations.
Please pass on my thanks to Sara. If it had been possible, I would have liked to do that myself while in Norway. Our travel agent was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She helped us book a meal on our cruise in advance, she sent us our travel vouchers in email and had them ready for us at our first hotel, she was constantly updating us as things were booked and finalized. We had a wonderful experience largely in part due to having accommodations and trains booked for us in advance.
It was a great relief not having to worry about that. Line was an excellent guide. She was kind and thoughtful. Line was also well organized regarding tickets and getting us where we needed to be.
The small group (9 of us) was perfect and made the trip more enjoyable than being in a herd of people. I loved everything about the trip. We did the South Iceland at Leisure tour and the planning attention to detail that Erla put together for our trip made for a great experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, including the gentleman that picked us up at the airport. Nordic Visitor provided my family with an unbelievable first trip to Iceland. All of the communication with our travel advisor, Helga, beforehand was impeccable and so thorough.
Every step of our journey was so well thought out and perfectly timed. They made driving through the South of Iceland so comfortable, especially with a nine year old. Their recommendations of how to time everything was perfectly planned and we really felt that we got to see so much in a relaxed way in just 6 days.
I will recommend this company to everyone and hope to go back to Iceland again and possibly Norway with their help. I have always wanted to visit Iceland for the geology and scenery. I had the chance to go with my grown-up daughter for a week and we booked with Nordic Visitor as they offer such a great range of trips and activities.
The attention to detail was exceptional. For example, let's say type is set to "width", size is 7, trim is 0. Field Discretizations is also used to transform numeric input fields to categoricals before further processing. However, it allows the user to specify parameters on a per field basis, taking precedence over the global discretization.
It is a map whose keys are field ids and whose values are maps with the same format as discretization. It also accepts edges, which is a numeric array manually specifying edge boundary locations. If this parameter is present, the corresponding field will be discretized according to those defined bins, and the remaining discretization parameters will be ignored. The maximum value of the field's distribution is automatically set as the last value in the edges array.
A value object of a Field Discretizations object is composed of any combination of the following properties. You can also use curl to customize a new correlation. If you do not specify a range of instances, BigML. If you do not specify any input fields, BigML. Read the Section on Sampling Your Dataset to lean how to sample your dataset.
Once a correlation has been successfully created it will have the following properties. The Correlations Object of test has the following properties. If p-value is greater than the accepted significance level, then then it fails to reject the null hypothesis, meaning there is no statistically significant difference between the treatment groups.
It has the following properties: The Chi-Square Object contains the chi-square statistic used to investigate whether distributions of categorical variables differ from one another.
This test is used to compare a collection of categorical data with some theoretical expected distribution.
The object has the following properties. ANOVA is used to compare the means of numerical data samples. The ANOVA tests the null hypothesis that samples in two or more groups are drawn from populations with the same mean values. See One-way Analysis of Variance for more information. The object has the following properties: Creating correlation is a process that can take just a few seconds or a few days depending on the size of the dataset used as input and on the workload of BigML's systems.
The correlation goes through a number of states until its fully completed. Through the status field in the correlation you can determine when the correlation has been fully processed and ready to be used to create predictions. Thus when retrieving a correlation, it's possible to specify that only a subset of fields be retrieved, by using any combination of the following parameters in the query string (unrecognized parameters are ignored): Fields Filter Parameters Parameter TypeDescription fields optional Comma-separated list A comma-separated list of field IDs to retrieve.
To update a correlation, you need to PUT an object containing the fields that you want to update to the correlation' s base URL. Once you delete a correlation, it is permanently deleted.
If you try to delete a correlation a second time, or a correlation that does not exist, you will receive a "404 not found" response. However, if you try to delete a correlation that is being used at the moment, then BigML. To list all the correlations, you can use the correlation base URL.Was a great time. Tour was a lot of fun. The Norwegian drivers and hotel staff some of the very friendly and helpful.
Tour was a great value. Lifetime of great memories. Makes me want to go back to Norway again. It was a wonderful trip, all the arrangements went smoothly and we felt very comfortable traveling Iceland.
The organisation and the information were fantastic and would highly recommend Nordic Visitor to others Very smooth vacation. Days were organized well so there was lots of time to stop to see the things we wanted to see and not feel rushed. Hotels were easy to find. Everyone we spoke with at Nordic Visitor was friendly and helpful (as were all the Icelanders we encountered).
I am already telling everyone who asks about it to go visit Iceland. We had a great time, and our experience with Nordic Visitor was excellent. We will highly recommend you to our friends who are visiting the countries you cover. This is an outstanding travel company. The accommodation houses also commented that your company was great to deal with and reliable. We would recommend Nordic Visitor to any of our family and friends.
Many thanks also to Annie for her wonderful and professional service. It was so great to have suggestions along the route. And we really appreciated how stress free the whole process was. It can be overwhelming traveling in another country, and this was just perfect. I have to say I am impressed with the care and attention I received from the company before and during my visit.
I want to mention two examples in particular. On the first day of my arrival in Reykjavik I forgot my credit card at the local post office and had to pick it up at the opening. For this I needed to postpone scheduled hotel pick-up by the car rental company. While my agent Kristin was on vacation, another employee (I don't have the name now) received my email, called me and helped to reschedule the pick up - all outside normal business hours.
In another case, I tried to reschedule my bird watching tour, and while I succeeded on my own, just as I was pulling into the parking lot for this tour, another employee Katrin called me to make sure I am all setup.
Turns out she rescheduled this for me too. Katrin also reassured me they are monitoring developing situation with potential flooding of the major highway leading to our next destination.
She told me they are staying on top of this and will inform all affected travelers if needed. This meant a greta deal for me and I could just relax and go back to enjoying my vacation, which by the way was one of the best in my life.
This was a perfect adventure to be going on with our adult children. We saw amazing sites, we enjoyed how active we were and it was fun to drive each day and stay in a different hotel each night.Kisner is a safe and smart pick, winning the event in 2016 with a T-4 in 2015 further boosting his case. Kisner hasn't made an appearance this fall, but did turn in a strong display at the Tour Championship (T-3) and played an integral part in the American blowout at Liberty National. But there are a few picks that raise some eyebrows.
Though Zach Johnson is a Saint Simons native, his outings at this event are mostly forgettable, missing the cut four times in seven tries. His best finish, a T-12, came in 2010. Johnson has been good this fall (T-13 at the Safeway Open, T-23 last week) and does have the short-game dexterity to thrive. Nevertheless, the iffy track record gives us pause.
As does Brandt Snedeker. Not only has Sea Island been unkind to Sneds (best finish is a T-32 in three events), but the veteran is making his first appearance since June, recovering from a bizarre, scary chest injury. Worse, Snedeker has undergone swing changes to address the ailment. Admitting he's not 100 percent, Snedeker is one of our stay-aways this weekend.
In terms of likes, Brian Harman tops our expert's list. Mentioned above, putting prowess will be key, an attribute that certainly applies to Harman. The 30-year-old lead the tour in total putting last season, and ranked fifth in the sg: putting.
Throw in two top 10s this autumn, Harman's a sound bet for a high finish. Same goes for Webb Simpson. Open champ has finished T-12 or better in three of five appearances here, and has two top 20s in the early season.
Though he ranked 32nd in overall putting last year, his around-the-green output (14th in strokes gained, first in scrambling from the rough, fifth in sand saves) shows he has the game to excel at Sea Island. He's not exactly a sleeper pick, yet Simpson's popularity shouldn't keep you from picking him in your lineup. By Joel BeallAmazingly, the fall season is already coming to a close. This paper reports an analysis of the accuracy of predictions of structural disorder received as part of the CASP5 experiment. Six groups made predictions of disorder. The predictions of the four most active groups have been compared with the experimental results, in terms of the sensitivity and specificity of the methods. All four methods succeed in detecting over half the disordered residues in the targets, with a generally low rate of over-prediction.
Two of the methods perform significantly better when the structure of a related protein is available. There is a trade-off between the fraction of disordered residues detected and the extent of over-prediction, and groups have adopted different compromises in this respect. Comparison of performance at the same over-prediction rates highlights the role of related structures in some methods rather than others, with different groups achieving the highest sensitivity for different target sets.
Over-all, the methods are clearly of considerable use in identifying potential disorder. National Center for Biotechnology Information, U. Attleboro MA 02760 phil ( at ) localvisibilitysystem. Not having reviews is not a wise option. Problem: how to get Google reviews easily You know Google reviews are crucial to your local rankings and reputation. Your customers get confused. I know your pain, because my early clients went through it. I knew there had to be a better way.
You can print out the PDF or email it to them (or both). All your customers need to do is follow the steps. The handout serves 2 purposes: a tangible reminder as well as a friendly tool to make it easier for my clients to leave me reviews.
The handout is a single page with 4 steps, complete with pictures. It walks customers step-by-step through the review process.
He is easy to work with and assisted us greatly. From 8 reviews to 14 in 2 weeks. Many of our customers are not familiar with the review submitting process, and with the Google Review handout, it makes it easy for everyone. Consumers here are not that skilled to even know how to do such a review much less even have a Google Account. It was just what we were looking for.
The steps work on any device: desktop, laptop, smartphone, and tablet. Of course, we got a few reviews, however, most people did not post them as they found it too difficult. We give customers these instructions printed on paper and also email them as. It is working just great. I found it useful to be able to leave clients with the handout knowing that I just maximised my chances of being left a positive review. Plus, it helps give you a competitive edge over your competitors.
